Been a whiles since I’ve written anything here on the blog, but that doesn’t mean things haven’t been happening!

First, a big Thank You to all who have been voting for me in the various charts and especially on the ICoMA Nomination for Most Promising Country Artist. I really appreciate the support and help. A shout out to Michael Stover with MTS Management for all the work he’s been doing on my behalf. This morning I got an email I had been nominated for Best Artist of the Year by the Southern Star Media Group, Thank you! So... what that means is get ready to vote some more.

I’ve been having a blast performing each week over at Lonestar Steakhouse. The crowds have been great and very supportive. I really enjoy sharing some stories with folks and hearing from those who are there how they related to the music. Summer has finally arrived here in Anchorage and I’ve been riding my motorcycle a lot lately. I’m in the process right now of building a small teardrop style trailer to tow behind me as I’m planning on riding down to California and back again. That will be just over 7000 miles round trip in just under 3 weeks. Please pray that all goes well and for my safety as I make this trip. By the way, along the way when I stop for food I’ll be doing several impromptu shows.
